She has renovated houses, managed apartment complexes and individual rental homes, served as Community Director for a senior retirement community, and has been a landlord since the age of 24. But homes are more than just structures to maintain. They are the backdrop of our social lives, and as a Community Association Manager for the last 15 years, Margie realizes the importance of developing good relationships with neighbors, vendors and volunteers who serve on the Boards of homeowner associations. Margie knows how to handle any kind of maintenance problem using reliable vendors, and more importantly, to use her expertise and training to work collaboratively with owners and board members to find solutions to problems that arise in multi-family settings.
Homes and People. David has been matching these together for many years. He has been a Realtor since 2002, and a Broker since 2008, and currently is an Associate Broker for EXP Realty as well as the Principal Broker of Great Day Management. As a real estate agent he has worked with all types of clients from first time buyers to owners building their dream home. He was looking to diversify into property management when he met Margie who wanted to start her own business that combined rentals and association management. Together, they complement each others' skills and have a shared vision to combine efficient, technological solutions with personal service to provide excellent property management service for their rentals, and association management that is tailor-made to each community.
